The Citadel (Under Construction)
The Citadel is, by far, the largest, the most confidential, and most expensive project the United Federation of Planets has ever undertaken. The construction of a massive self sustaining space station kilometers in size that, in theory, could hold millions of people. No one knows about this project yet, as it's very well classified, protected by several terabytes of encryption and hidden at the most remote edge of the system. Ships who go towards that area are never heard from again.
